Vendor & Event Planner Order Terms
These Vendor Product Terms ("Terms") apply to all orders placed by vendors, event planners, and business buyers ("Vendor") through CKZDesignz ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order and checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We do not offer payment plans, partial deposits, or net terms. Production will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed in full.
2. Order Confirmation & Production Schedule
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation. Production is scheduled in the order that payments are received. We will contact you to begin the design proof process once your order enters our production queue.
3. Design Proofs & Approval
We will send a digital proof for your review and approval before any item is produced. Nothing goes into production until you have provided written approval of the final design. Delays in proof approval may affect your delivery or pickup timeline. CKZDesignz is not responsible for delays caused by late or slow approval responses.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final once production has begun. No refund will be issued once your order has entered the production phase, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel before production has started, please contact us immediately at ckzdesignzinfo@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Order Pickup
When your order is complete, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout. You must arrange pickup or confirm shipping within 5 business days of receiving that notification.
Orders not picked up or shipping not confirmed within 5 business days will be subject to a storage fee or may be treated as abandoned. CKZDesignz is not liable for items left unclaimed beyond this window.
6. Shipping
If shipping is requested, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the Vendor and will be calculated at the time the order is ready. Items are carefully packaged, but CKZDesignz is not liable for damage caused by carriers after handoff. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance for high-value orders.
7. Design File Ownership
All design files created by CKZDesignz remain the intellectual property of CKZDesignz. Design files are not transferred to the Vendor. You are purchasing the physical product only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Rush Orders
Rush production may be available subject to our current schedule and capacity. Rush fees apply and will be communicated to you before work begins. Rush requests are not guaranteed.
9. Accuracy of Order Details
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all wording, names, dates, spelling, and other details submitted through the Custom Order Builder or provided via email. CKZDesignz will produce exactly what is approved on the final proof. We are not responsible for errors that appear in the approved proof and are carried through to the finished product.
10. Limitation of Liability
CKZDesignz's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed event dates, or damages arising from delivery delays outside our control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois.
12. Updates to These Terms
CKZDesignz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order placement governs your order. We encourage you to review these Terms before each order.
